If your interested in having a machine at your location, email us at MoldMan@mold-a-rama.com; include information about your location, its annual attendance, and how many machines you’re looking for.
When you see a transaction for $5.50 after using a Mold-A-Rama machine, that is a pre-authorization charge. A pre-authorization is a hold on your account to ensure the transaction goes through after purchasing a Mold-A-Rama figurine. The actual charge is $5.00, and the hold should go away after a couple business days.
A machine takes $5.00 in order to initiate a vend.
Visit guest services or an information booth at the location to report any problems. Staff should be able to direct you to who can solve your problem. The locations have resources to assist you, or they will notify us.
