In the ticket subject please use the date you received the package, your order number, and a short description of your orders issue.

We do not have international shipping listed in the checkout as we have to calculate shipping and custom charges for each order. If you are interested in our products but do no live in the United States, please reach out on our Contact Us page about what you want to order rather than placing one.

It depends on where you are located. By law we are required to value our items correctly and you are responsible to pay any duties collected by your local government.

How often are the molds changed out?

With the exception of seasonal and holiday molds, we do not change mold sets often. We try to announce when a mold set is installed on our Facebook and Instagram.
